This Privacy Policy describes how Vangard AI collects, uses, processes, and protects the information of end-users and businesses who interact with our automated content publishing and media orchestration tools, integrated via the Meta Graph API (Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional Accounts).

1. Information We Collect

To provide our automated publishing services as a Tech Provider, we receive and process the following data transmitted by Meta during the OAuth 2.0 authorization flow:

Facebook Page IDs, Instagram Business IDs, Account Usernames, and Profile Picture URLs.
Page Access Tokens (Long-Lived Tokens) required to authenticate content creation requests.
Public profile information and business management metadata to ensure proper account linkage.

2. Use of Information

The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

To orchestrate cross-platform media publishing (Feed, Reels, Stories) across Facebook and Instagram.
To authenticate asynchronous API requests and manage the lifecycle of multimedia containers.
To process text prompts and visual assets through Artificial Intelligence (AI) generation engines to format, design, and schedule posts dynamically based on user intent.

3. Sharing Information with Third Parties (Data Processors)

To generate automated content, text prompts and basic media directives may be securely and transiently transmitted to third-party Large Language Models (LLM) and visual processing APIs (e.g., image generation or rendering services). We do not sell, rent, or trade user data or access tokens to third parties for independent advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention and Protection

Page Access Tokens and associated Page/Instagram IDs are securely stored in our encrypted relational databases (PostgreSQL) to maintain uninterrupted publishing automation. We maintain strict cryptographic security protocols in transit (HTTPS) and at rest to prevent token exfiltration.

5. User Data Deletion End-users have the absolute right to request the deletion of their history and associated data. If a user wishes to revoke access to our application, they can do so from their Facebook/Instagram security settings center. This event triggers an automatic notification (Data Deletion Callback) to our servers, resulting in the immediate and irretrievable deletion of their chat history and associated metadata in our infrastructure.
