Terms of Service – Vangard AI Publisher
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional Accounts to Vangard AI Publisher, the client («User») agrees to these Terms of Service. Vangard AI operates as an intermediary Technology Provider to facilitate media container orchestration and automated content publishing via AI.
2. API Usage and Liability
Vangard AI uses Meta’s official interfaces (Graph API v26.0). The User is solely responsible for all content (text, images, video) scheduled and posted through our platform. All generated and published content must strictly comply with Meta’s Community Standards and technical specifications (e.g., aspect ratios, video codecs). Vangard AI is not liable for account shadowbans, media container expirations, token revocations, or page suspensions resulting from copyright infringements, spam, or misuse of the platform by the User.
3. Token and Access Management
To execute automated publishing, the User grants Vangard AI Publisher a specific matrix of permissions, including but not limited to: public_profile, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, and business_management. The User authorizes Vangard AI to retain and utilize perpetual Page Access Tokens to act on their behalf. The User may revoke these permissions at any time through their Meta Business security settings.
4. Service Availability and Rate Limits
Vangard AI strives to maintain optimal server uptime across its orchestration infrastructure (n8n). However, automated publishing is subject to Meta’s asynchronous processing times (particularly for video/Reels) and dynamic algorithmic Rate Limits (x-page-usage). Vangard AI does not guarantee instantaneous post delivery in the event of Meta API outages, prolonged transcodification loops, or if the User’s specific asset exhausts its allowed API call quota.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed to adapt to structural changes, deprecations, or new policy enforcement mechanisms within the Meta Graph API ecosystem.
