Terms of Service – Vangard AI
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your Facebook and Instagram pages to Vangard AI, the client («User») agrees to these Terms of Service. Vangard AI operates as an intermediary Technology Provider (Tech Provider) to facilitate messaging automation.
2. API Usage and Liability
Vangard AI uses Meta’s official interfaces (Graph API). The User is solely responsible for the content of messages sent through our orchestration platform and must comply with Meta’s Platform Policies, including the standard 24-hour messaging window. Vangard AI is not liable for page blocks, token revocations, or account suspensions carried out by Meta resulting from the User’s misuse of the platform.
3. Token and Access Management
The User grants Vangard AI the necessary permissions (pages_messaging, pages_manage_metadata, instagram_manage_messages) to process interactions on their behalf. The User may revoke this access at any time through their Meta account security settings.
4. Service Availability
Vangard AI strives to maintain optimal server uptime (n8n), but does not guarantee uninterrupted message delivery in the event of Meta server outages or external network issues.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed to adapt to changes in Meta API policies.
